    Did anyone see that video I posted a couple weeks back? It was the homeless junkie in Seattle who was given a place to live and who'd been in the unit for a just a few weeks and already he'd turned into a complete shit hole? They had people coming into to clean his apartment of the shit and piss and blood and spooze that was all over the place. So not only do we have to give these fucking losers a place to live, we also have to clean up their apartments after them.

    They used to let the homeless stay at the Aloha Motel on Aurora at about Lee St. It was a dump. I dealt with them a little at my first job out of college. Unsurprisingly, they lied, cheated, and stole.

    For every person who successfully transitions to housing after the Aloha, there are 10 to 25 relapses and failures.

    A success record like that is only sustainable with government money.
