The wife and I have been watching the Amazon Prime remake of Perry Mason which is set in the 1930s. Of course a few things have changed. Hamilton Burger is gay. Della Street is a lesbian. Paul Drake is black. Odds of this actually happening in 1932 < 0. On the other hand, LA looks beautiful and not a homeless tent in sight.

No real reason to call the new one Perry Mason because it's not -
When I got out of law school I realized that on Perry Mason his clients were all rich and innocent. Turned out to not be true. So, off to Big 8 CPA land where all the clients were rich and most were good people.RaceBannon said:
