I called it, the continuation of misery.
I am done being sad or empathetic. Rat assholes voted for more murder and mayhem, this time I will sit back and watch dumb people get exactly what they deserve without feeling a thing.

It has been my observation that hood rats and trailer trash are more comfortable living in their current abyss than attempting to make changes to get out of their substandard life.
Can't count how many times the Throbber has seen promising athletes with real talent self-sabotage and simply refuse to exert the minimum effort required to lift themselves out of the hood. They gotta keep it real for the homies, dig?
Same on the white trash side of the line. Their normal go-to is that everyone else is just 'lucky' not realizing that simply showing up, working hard and having goals is 90% of the battle.

I am for doing good to the poor, but I differ in opinion about the means. I think the best way of doing good to the poor is not making them easy in poverty, but leading or driving them out of it.
Benjamin Franklin
They won't work because they often make more money on welfare etc. A lot more. -
Chicago has been a corrupt shithole for a century. They know of no other way to exist. It's like expecting the Taliban to change their stripes after the US left Afghanistan.

I don't care if Chicago implodes. The smart people should get out and have been. Leave the wealthy to live their protected lives and the rest can feast on each other on the streets. I personally don't give a fuck. I've been there a few times, seen what I wanted to see and have no need to go back.
I have the same opinion of all the other Rat run shitholes. I've been to nearly all of them when they were still relatively safe and clean. I'm good. -
You can take the homie out of the hood, but it's harder to take the hood out of the homie.PurpleThrobber said:It has been my observation that hood rats and trailer trash are more comfortable living in their current abyss than attempting to make changes to get out of their substandard life.

Colt was a athletic freak but preferred drugs and jail to a multi million dollar pro career. Something about tight ends?

It's a weird psychological phenomenon. Have seen it up close and personal more than a few times and just shake my head.
