Do you think that rats in CA actually meant reparations to black Americans? Or were they just discussing it to virtue signal and make themselves feel good, with no intention of actually giving "the little people" all that money?
I believe the elected officials in CA as a whole are sporting less than 80 IQ points and never thought of how they were going to pay for this. I know they are that stupid. You have San Fran doing their own thing and the state discussing doing more on top of that. CA is already bankrupt as it is, there is no way that they can afford to give every black voter in the state $1,000 let alone $5 million.
I do find it humorous that the greedy black activists continue to up the bar on the $ amount of reparations per family member of any slave from 160 years ago. I can't wait to see the moving trucks heading for California if this garbage passes.

Set a number. The Japanese sent to internment camps got, what, $20K? Ok - with inflation, make it $100K for verifiable claims. Hell, the @Swayes do it with their tribal money. Pretty sure they trace lineage down to 1/8th for $$$.
