I'm assuming Trump is in Florida and would have to be arrested by Florida cops and then extradited to New York. If I were him, I'd fight the extradition which what clearly isn't a crime but a political punishment.

TC had a segment last night of criminals that this DA has unleashed on the public. One was a guy arrested and released multiple times. His last arrest was for the murder of a 34 y/o Asian woman he followed into her building and then stabbed her multiple times. But none of this is political according to him. No one is above the law!

Guy is a clown just like all of those cheering him on.

I'm not sure what testimony is needed. Trump paid off Stormy with a $130,000 NDA which she violated. That's not disputed. The DA is alleging that this a a NY Crime in the nature of a campaign contribution to Trump's campaign because avoiding bad publicity helps the campaign. Well, then almost anything would arguably qualify. Buying nice clothes for Melania would be a crime. Hell, buying off Paula Jones could be deemed a campaign contribution for Hillary's senate campaign.

Hillary was actually fined for paying for the dossier with campaign funds. Little noted nor long remembered

That's the point. Trying to undermine a duly elected president is supposed to be a very bad thing. Men paying off women to keep sex quiet is as old at time and is not a crime.

Unless they’re election fraud lawsuits which don’t go anywhere ever, then it’s cool.

DA is trying to get him on some flimsy NY law regarding campaign funds for personal use. DA wants to be a player in the DIM party after he's voted out for allowing criminals to run free in the streets of NYC. This is how a guy secures a living until he retires.

Meanwhile last I checked the 34 y/o Asian woman is still dead at the hands of a guy his office continued to let roam the streets.

The lawyer who represented Cohen was on TC last night. He gave GJ testimony yesterday. He absolutely destroyed Cohen. He provided the DA with 100's of emails prior to his testimony.

Everything is fair game now as we've seen since 2016.

Mello can't even define Trump's crime let alone care about whether a crime was committed. Same with both of Trump's impeachments. Quite the American. Keep rooting for the away team.
