It's a new legal "theory" by the NY DA that has sworn to get Trump. Not happening. Trump settled a law suit. Nothing illegal I know of. The attorney that testifying Michael Cohen is one of Trumps former attorneys and is a convicted felon. Cohen to plead guilty on August 21, 2018, to eight counts including campaign finance violations, tax fraud, and bank fraud. n November 2018, Cohen entered a second guilty plea for lying to a Senate committee about efforts to build a Trump Tower in Moscow.
