Kill em' all says democrat.

Rats aren't pissed at the agenda. They are pissed at the guy who said it out loud. What a heartless rat pig.

Massachusetts Democrat told to step down after abortion comments leave parents irate
A local Democrat official in Massachusetts is facing calls to step down after complaining about the cost of special education for children with disabilities who are not aborted.
Michael Hugo, the chair of the Framingham Democratic Committee, made the remarks during a city council meeting when discussing a proclamation about access to abortion and crisis pregnancy centers in the city. He said crisis pregnancy centers could misdiagnose a defect in a baby in the womb, leading to them being born and becoming a strain on a school budget. He issued a public apology after 10 days of backlash from members of his own party and parents of special needs children.

SPED kids are the biggest pawns in the system, used to elevate the careers of useless teachers into the Admin ranks, where the big money is, all the while being shielded from any criticisms because of the population they inadequately serve.

I know someone in this exact process right now. Quit teaching to finish the advanced degree to get an administrative gig.TurdBomber said:SPED kids are the biggest pawns in the system, used to elevate the careers of useless teachers into the Admin ranks, where the big money is, all the while being shielded from any criticisms because of the population they inadequately serve.

I'm all about supporting SPED programs and helping families with disabled kids, because it's a rough goddamn life for many of them.BleachedAnusDawg said:

If only the highly paid, incompetent bureaucrats throughout the public school systems cared as much. -
Do need some triage. There is a range of special ed. Most of the money spent is just for babysitting kids that can barely function physically and mentally. Both the parents and the "professionals" will pretend that they can turn the kid into a functioning adult. Have a fraternity brother that had twin girls that are way autistic and still wear diapers as adults. Severely mentally retarded and require basic babysitting. He and his wife have that as their life. Sending them to school was just an expensive baby sitting service.TurdBomber said:

My kids were in a school where the worst of the worst SPED kids also went. Yes, those kids were really time-consuming and expensive to "educate," if you can even call it that. Still, that babysitting allowed the parents to work and get a 7 hour break each day, often while rotating their sleep schedule with the other spouse, because lots of severely disabled kids don't sleep well at night.WestlinnDuck said:

While costs are a fair concern, looking into the drawn faces and tired eyes of those parents aroused a lot of sympathy in me. So, yes, I'll pay for that help, because it's an accident or bad luck that doomed those folks to a life of tedium and exhaustion.
The careerist bureaucrats are an entirely different and very cynical story, in many cases. -
I don't mind paying either, but you don't need a $100k special ed teacher with four more expensive admin people over the teacher that don't do sh*t and it doesn't have to be at school either. Arrange for some home care in a safe and familiar environment.TurdBomber said:

Like I said above, a lot of it is a scam for careerist ladder-climbers who DNGAF while using the kids as pawns.WestlinnDuck said:
