Kevin Love and Kevin Martin for David Lee, Klay Thompson, and a 1st round pick. I think Love is slightly overrated by pundits and is somewhat of a stats guy, but he would be perfect for Golden State. He's David Lee, except he can shoot, and is an ever better rebounder. Neither of them can guard anyone. Curry and Love would be unstoppable. If Bogut could stay healthy, this team would be right with OKC behind San Antonio.

That trade would help Golden State go from being eliminated in the first round to being eliminated in the first round.
Sounds awesome. -
Curry, Martin/Barnes, Igudola, Love, and Bogut with Barnes/Martin, Green, and whoever else they get off the bench aren't losing in the 1st round.
-
Love was a top five player last season, would be good for both teams.

Disagree with him being a top 5 player, but he's top 15. A big guy as bad as Love is at defense isn't top 5. He's never won shit either, and the Timberwolves have some decent players. If he was top 5, they would have been a playoff team.doogsinparadise said:Love was a top five player last season, would be good for both teams.

It would be a good trade for both teams but GS still wouldn't be able to get past the Spurs, Thunder, or Clippers imo.

RoadDawg beat me by 5 minutes and 53 seconds.

I think the Spurs and Thunder would still be better. Not sure about the Clippers. The Warriors took them 7 games without Bogut. With Love, I think the Warriors would be better, but it's close. Who knows about Kerr either. Maybe he's a retard like Vinny Del Negro (I doubt it though). The Clippers have never won anything. I wouldn't lump them in at the top yet. The Warriors took the Spurs 6 in 2013 like the Clippers did to OKC this year.CuntWaffle said:It would be a good trade for both teams but GS still wouldn't be able to get past the Spurs, Thunder, or Clippers imo.
The Rockets could actually be good if they add another star. They have Asik's 13 million expiring deal so they should be able to improve their roster, but I don't think Howard or Harden have greatness in them. -
I hope he goes to the Mavericks.

Top
fivethree in PER actually. -
PER only includes blocks and steals for defense. If you said he's a top 5 offensive player, I might agree. He's not a top 5 overall player, but you can pretend defense doesn't matter and neither does winning games.doogsinparadise said:Top

he is not a top 5 player, I don't care about the stats. He hasn't made the playoffs yet, that matters

He's not that bad of a defender. Certainly not David Lee bad. Also Lee is a fake good rebounder. His teams usually rebound the ball at the same rate whether he's on the court or not.
It would be a fantastic trade for GS. Puts Love where he belongs (second banana). If Kerr is a good coach I might have them over OKC. Boguts health is the biggest issue though. They would be impossible to defend. But Boguts D will make or break them.
