As an 18 year old who never did a push up, my first time taking a physical fitness test in the Army ended up with me doing about 38 push ups. My best 2 mile run time was 11:54.
An 80 year old running a 5 minute mile is absolute horseshit.

I was in the best shape of my life when I graduated from law school at 25. Played basketball 3-4 times a week for an hour and a half and lifted weights afterward. I could do 80 honest push ups, 20 pull ups and could run a mile in 5:15. These numbers for the dementia patient are not feasible.

Now on to the dementia patient.
So the dementia patient just had his annual physical which did not for unknown reasons include a cognitive test or MRI.
