Hazmat expert says no one should be in E. Palestine. The amount of animals dying is sickening.

I bet class action lawyers are already getting their commercials taped.

I’m sure the Governor elect is on the ground making sure everyone has the resources that those in the area need.

Either that or looking at banning trains for climate change. Either way it won’t be interesting.

Tucson is basically a hazmat problem to begin with

It's changing. The surrounding canyons and mountains are amazing.

Also, the Sonoran desert has more biodiversity than anywhere on the planet. Hard to believe but it's true.

Not. Kid has bad dyslexia. They have the #1 program for it in the cuntry. Spent hundreds of thousands on his parochial and high school education and they did shit. He's now an honor student with a 3.8 GPA. Not sure that's an indictment of "higher" education or he's actually getting the help he needed. He you spent any time in or around Dove Mountain?

Lol I do live in Texas tho

But az is solid. I'm still a fan of phoenix

Ive heard Tucsons become legit too.

But coming from like phoenix it's just hard to overstate the shocking amount of commerce and opportunity in Texas it's pretty solid

I had a girlfriend that lived there. I hated visiting that place, especially driving around. It feels like you're driving on Aurora the whole time. Shithole.

I hear Tucson is gritty and not snotty like Phoenix. I believe estimates are by 2050-60 there will be 10M people living in what will be a Phoenix/Tucson metroplex.
