    Grubb has a better shot at a P5 HC job by making UW a 11-12 game winner over the next couple of years. If he wants to end up at FAU, the Bama HC job is the one to take.

    Eh, Sark got Texas, Kirby got Georgia, Locksley got Maryland. After G5 stops, McElwain got Florida and Lane got Mississippi. I’m sure working for Saban was a major factor as much as success at Colorado St. and FAU. You are right though. If Grubb has a top 5 offense at UW and they win big he will get a P5 offer. He doesn’t have to leave.

    Sark and Kiffin went to Saban’s coaching rehab. Grubb can skip the G5 if he sticks around. Which it sounds like he will.
