    That along with high interest rates and high regulation, investors are gonna be pouring money into the system.

    I’ve said it a million times, but the hidden problem with regulation is that it is unpredictable and causes uncertainty with sudden change. Many regulations big business actually loves as it’s a barrier to entry.
