Clearly an unwarranted decision. A rifle braced against your shoulder is clearly legal. A pistol braced against your forearm is clearly a weapon of mass destruction. A dem president should have the unilateral right to ban things to protect us. When Congress doesn't pass laws, then nothing gets done. But how long to strike it down? Creating 30million plus felons who were not prior is not right. They say you can register it as a short barreled rifle but that's just a ploy most likely.
