The hard facts are that indeed the growth of CO2 emissions will come from Asia, India and Latin America as poor people begin to use electricity and natural gas. As he said, the UK could sink in to the ocean and it would have no material affect on the world CO2 production. The US currently has about 3+ million illegal and illegal immigrants a year that go from low electricity and fossil fuel users to high CO2 emitters. If climate change was a top priority we would stop raping the planet for metals to produce wind turbines and solar panels and start building nukes and expanding US natural gas exports to Asia to ween them off coal. But being woke is not science, it is a religion worshipping false gods.
