Hunter investigation from Delaware US Attorney is the trigger point I think is what we will learn. It wasn't a top notch attorney just cleaning out some closets on a Saturday morning. The same attorney that left White House general counsel in July and then hired on as a personal lawyer for Biden in September. Could be a coincidence. I don't think "intent" is a necessary component with classified docs. You are fucking responsible for them. Especially compartmentalized docs with highest security classification. They were kept on purpose. They pertain to the Chinese who bribed Joe and Ukraine who laundered the money. How much of the info did Joe give to his Chinese overlords?pawz said:

Intent doesn’t matter. I worked in a secure area and handled Classified and Unclassified material. If you you accidentally mixed Classified information into Unclassified folders, and left the secure area, you could be charged. You have to sign for Classified material when you remove it from the safe, and you have to sign it back in. You have two computers and computer networks. One is Unclassified (NIPR) and one is Classified (SIPR). If you you post Classified on the Unclassified computer, you can be charged. Part of the evening checklist is ensuring all Classified material has been signed and returned and all Classified computers are turned off. There are so many procedures to prevent the ‘accidental’ release of Classified material, and they are so redundant, any failure is almost always treated as if it were intentional.Sledog said:

Trump had a legitimate claim that the documents were unclassified and that he had a strong claim for the possession. The documents were in a safe place and the National Archives knew where they were and had reviewed them. The dementia patient had no claim for the documents and they were never reviewed and they were in an open box in his phucking non-secure garage while the residence was occupied by his corrupt drug addicted son.Sledog said:

Given the legal standoff with the Trump documents, all the DOJ had to do was enforce a National Archives subpoena through the court system. The documents weren't going anywhere. But, as with the FISA warrants with absolutely no evidence the DOJ claimed that Trump had nuclear secret documents that it was imperative (after a couple years of dispute) that needed to be retrieved immediately. So, the DOJ lied, just like they lied to get the FISA warrants and they lied to get a special counsel appointed then lied during the impeachment "hearings". A normal American citizen who wanted to be governed by the rule of law would be concerned about the DOJ and FBI being used by the dem government as the Stasi. But the dazzler is a POS America hater and fully supports the NAZI approach to suppressing "enemies" of the state. Plus, he loves to be lied to and then repeat the lies to support his fascistic approach to government.
