And thus the bored ended not with a bang but with a whimper.

Are you willing to go toe to toe with comcast?
    Like Biden did with Putin?

Back in October I called in and spent over two hours talking to agents about a plan. They offered me a 12-month package that was $120/month that was TV streaming + internet. I was just looking at my bank statement a moment ago and they charged me $160 for last month.

Any chance someone in your house ordered a movie(s) to be streamed?

Every year I call Xfinity once the introductory rate passes and say I'm going to switch services and they just give me the old rate or significantly increase the package, either way it's a win.

I did that till I got old, lazy and made more money

I shitcanned cable and watch Hulu and like 40 other streaming services because I am gay but less gay than Comcast users.

    I just have the wireless

DTV wireless is a good platform for network TV and sports

Add in Prime and I'm good. Max is part of subscribing to HBO on the DTV

No more dish or cable for this millennial

The guys on the All-In podcast were raving about White Lotus on HBO. I'm probably going to subscribe long enough to give it a try.

You may or may not appreciate the fancy feast in the first season of white lotus.

I had rid myself of Xfinity for a few years. I liked YouTube TV + streaming services. It wasn't any cheaper than Xfinity but appreciated that YouTube TV didn't lock me in with a multi-year contact. Then YouTube TV had some kind of dispute with ESPN so I switched back to the dark side. I regret the switch because the dispute eventually got resolved. I'll be going back as soon as my Xfinity contract is up.

Hulu is great. Then add whatever streaming services you want, still cheaper, and you'll forget you ever had cable.
