Been listening as I steal labor before the holidays. Two really good witnesses for #OurKari. The lawyer isn't great about getting to the good stuff, but the witnesses are fucking on point. 19 inch dude knows his printer shit.
Defendants lawyer just asked the witness, who earlier testified that no reconciliation took place on chain of custody by the county on election night, "is reconciliation of ballot counts really that important"?
But, aw geez, I don’t think folks will like how this ends up.
I agree, the judge will probably side with Hobbs despite the 292k ballots that had no chain of custody on them.
Our mythical MBA said there was nothing to be concerned about because there were internal controls. Of course, not following the internal controls and required documentation are just suggestions and the vote harvesters and counters are all very fine well intended individuals.
”Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani told Newsweek that Lake's lawsuit is so "frivolous on its face," he's surprised Thompson didn't dismiss it entirely.
Rahmani said aside from the fact that Lake didn't present any evidence proving intentional printer interference or evidence that ballot chain of custody was violated, "Mere conclusionary allegations aren't enough.”
“…Although Lake promised to unveil bombshell revelations that proved she won the election, evidence presented in the two-day trial was lackluster and didn't appear to meet the standards set by Thompson.
Hmm, based on….no evidence? But tweets from Flag Eagle Patriot News tell the real story, not Newsweek, I know.

I agree that she isn’t winning this thing, but you and the media claiming that 292k ballots with a huge gap in chain of custody isn’t evidence, is pretty fucking pathetic.

Butt seriously though, Newsweek isn't a credible neutral source and you know it. In fact it is no more credible than Flag Eagle Patriot News, which you also know. And if you don't, you are either being intentionally obtuse, or you are actually stupid. There is no other choice.
As for me, I have known since jump that Kari had no chance of reversing the election. GOP losses have been baked in all over since mail in/ballot harvesting was "legalized." Still if she presents some evidence (and printer guy/gal seems like evidence of something weird to me) then good on her. The only way election security will ever be taken seriously in this country is if you fight. If you just roll over and accept broken water mains in the middle of the night, printers that miraculously can't count in only one district, and loads of mail in ballots with no folds arriving in the trunk of a car then you just allow the same bullshit to continue with no check. Of course Newsweek and others shit all over this stuff. They are invested in the the other team winning. Pravda for a modern democracy.
