Mariners 6 wins in June!!1!1!

Felix was unbelievable today. 15 strike outs... And he didnt get the fucking win! Sucks the Mariners are wasting a potential #GOAT career.... He deserves better.

After getting really excited in the winter of 2010, then years of dreck, I refuse to get excited. They would need to win 105 games and make a WS for that to happen. But it's nice to be in LIPO mode, not TSIFO dreck.

Felix is special to watch. The Mariners suck and I refuse to watch their games outside of when he pitches. I can't punish him for the rest of the roster being a dreckfest.

almost flagged for referencing the irrelevant, outdated stat that is pitcher wins, but the rest of the post was spot on so I didn't

It really is too bad we wasted an ace like Felix. During 2000-2003 that was a great all around team but didn't have a frontline starter. Garcia and Moyer were #2's neither was an ace though.

I would love to see Felix pitch in a playoff game in a Mariners uniform. He is electric and keeps on getting better every single year. He started off fat his first few years but has worked really hard at weight management. Got a new contract and worked harder than ever to prove his worth.

    Paxton - 60 day DL
Walker - "Just one more AAA start"
Hultzen - Will never start in a Mariner uni

Moornoors keeps telling us "Wait until the young pitchers come up!!"

So sad but so true. This dates back to the "little unit" Ryan Anderson.

Was it Salkeld or Fleming that won 18 in 92 or 93 and was dreck every year after?

    Dave Flaming.

Salkeld blew out his arm once he reached Triple A Calgary.

Brian Holman was another what if? from that era.

I still haven't forgiven Ken Phelps for that two outs (so what?) in the bottom of the ninth dinger.

Even with Holman's flameout and switch pitching Gene Harris' inability to get anybody out for long with either hand, we still won the Mark Langston trade pretty handily.
