The best players on the team this season were 3 guys brought in via the portal. I’m not sure how processing guys who aren’t going to contribute with guys from the portal who will is a bad thing for Oregon, but I’m sure we’ll find out why it is from someone here.
I hate it for continuity sake and as a fan it’s hard to get behind a new crop of guys every season. But until they change the rules around it (which they desperately need to), that’s the reality we have to live with.
Whatever you need to say to make yourself feel better about in. I forgot what a duck version of a coog is. Quoog or something?

Yeah I’m a total quook. Banned from every duck board for calling out our dumbass “we natty!!!” fanbase. Ya got me.

Maybe he just needs to paint his nails and then storm out of the house with his rollers still in, three times a year.

Yes, I did get you. I nailed it. Quook. Your post was textbook quook. Don’t blame me. Loser.

I get it because our free agent qb made the season
I don't recall this much turnover though
Seaver is right until he isn't about us predicting the demise of Oregon

Have to say that Lanning looks promising to do it
I think this year will see more portal turnover than any other season. The extra covid year inflated scholarship numbers and now a ton of programs are gonna have to cut out a ton of non-producers in order to bring in new players. I would guess more p5 programs than not have 10+ guys portal out this year.
After the 11th Oregon portal guy got announced today, a narrative started being tossed around on the Oregon boreds that Dan Lanning personally met with about 15-20 players and told them they need to leave the program. "Danimal's" (that's what they call him) grand plan is to bring in like 15 portal kids
What’s your theory?
Let me guess, the program is COLLAPSING, none of them can stand that fucking scum bitch Penny Knight and Lanning has completely lost the players. This is the END of Oregon football again, again.
Am I close?
I’m shocked anyone would think this. Lanning is a terrific coach and will lead the Ducks to many, many conference championships and national title chases.
His genius in-game decision-making and impeccable timing is the stuff of legends after one glorious season at the helm.
His legacy is safe. May he reign for years to come.
So I was right.
Your words. Not mine. No sir.
Already 3 chins for your similar response.
You seem like a guy that would have a chin inferiority complex.

Before playing in the *checks notes* Holiday Bowl though?!

I think you nailed it. It’s over. Saban has 11 portals right now. Bama is obviously collapsing too. At least the Ducks are in good company.

You guys ain't Bama.
And the assistant moves are proving Lanning to be in over his head.

I just cut and pasted a few lines from a Spider-Man comic and changed a few words.
