But using the tax-free employee charity match program to tap into a large pool of semi-wealthy alums is a legitimate stroke of genius.

Back when Mrs Snow worked at one of those large Seattle tech firms, she donated to her college basketball team and the company matched. Pre NIL and not football, of course, but still.
