It's weird that even in D1 programs some players never get stronger or put on muscle mass

Cam Williams was one of those dudes. Same with Browning, who was weirdly a decent scrambler.

Browning needed to hit the weight room, fix his bum shoulder, and become a dollar store Tebow

Bandes looked way better this year than last year. He was a liability in 2021. He actually held his ground in 2022.

One of our bigger recruits who supposedly dominated 5-stars in camp. It would be huge if he has a big break out next season.
