I guess I had different expectations of this place. Like 3rd generation Americans, they mock and ridicule the first generation who did all the hard work to create a great life for the subsequent generations. The first generation knows what it’s like to live under oppression and endured the hard times to offer up an easier life to those who came after them, only to be shit on by those who don’t understand the sacrifice.
