There really should be a greater price paid for people who make false charges of racism in order to get there way then there is currently. You want to talk about harming democracy. Rats do it so fucking often it's now just part of every campaign for them. The damage is done when their voters actually believe them.

Jim Crow was an evil and racist practice, claiming that voter ID was Jim Crow on steroids diminishes what blacks who lived through it actually endured and cynically elevates racial tension just so that you can gain political advantage.
