Maybe. Maybe not. ASU’s backup QB looked better last night than OSU’s starter has all season.
That said I think ASU does have the lowest floor of that 4some after losing their starting QB. I was shocked to see how easily they pounded the run against UW, especially with the backup in. Don’t see that continuing for them.
OSU needed a miracle to beat a terrible Stanford team.

It’s close, but I think the Big12 might be a little deeper. I agree that the top 4 of the PAC-12 is better than the Big12.
Put it this way, Oklahoma is having its worst year like ever, but I have a hunch that if they played Oregon State or WSU, that the sooners would win by 2 scores easy.
