I'm in favor of the idea but we need our own song so as to not copy VT.
How about Purple Haze by Jimi. It has a good base line, and the team can run out in purple smoke as they've done before.

I’d just like to add that I think the music has gotten too Seattle-specific. Hendrix, Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Insert 90s Grunge Band. There should be a more regional approach to stadium music.
For example, Bing Crosby lived in Spokane. -
Need something that bangs. If you want to stick to Seattle, Them Bones would work. Otherwise, just melt faces. WGAF where the band is from

You're right that it doesn't need to be a Seattle specific band -- I was just trying to come up with a song that another school isn't already using.

McDavid is such an uninspiring fuck. He looks like he’s half asleep most of the time. The band is boring and amateurish (still better than WSU, Oregon and OSU though. It’s a low bar). They are embarrassing. Fucking masked and social distanced last week was fitting.
