The best is “Neck.” And the band plays it and the students know the words. It was glorious to hear last Saturday. It made up for the embarrassing chin diapers that the entire band was wearing.JoeEDangerously said:Enter Sandman

Weird no one has ever suggested UW try something like this. I think it would be pretty cool!

Snarkasam aside, fuck that kicks the ass of anything on the radio the past 15 years. And I'm not even a Metallica guy (sorry @Swaye!).
I miss MUSIC, dammit.
Forever buried under Gilby's manboobs? -

How about going against the grain and going old school with just the band. And fire McDavid and get someone better attuned

Interesting. Then I have no idea how people could possibly be in their seats by kickoff.vadawg said:

They don’t have to deal with traffic of 520 or big backups at the gate.AtomicDawg said:
In the early 2000s I worked in Greensboro NC. VaTech had tons of weeknight games for some reason. I worked with a VaTech fan. He’d work all day and head to Blacksburg. Easily make the game and be back at work the next day. 2 1/2 hour drive. Always in his seat at game time. -
You don’t like pop/rock/rap blaring through the stadium after every play?DerekJohnson said:How about going against the grain and going old school with just the band. And fire McDavid and get someone better attuned
McDavid is such an uninspiring fuck. He looks like he’s half asleep most of the time. The band is boring and amateurish (still better than WSU, Oregon and OSU though. It’s a low bar). They are embarrassing. Fucking masked and social distanced last week was fitting. -
Yeah, coming from the DC or NVA area, you're doing the 81 which is full of Semi's, weekend travel, etc....takes a while. But I get your meaning, if you're passionate about your team get to the fucking game on time.MikeDamone said:
