My two dads took us to the first Husky game at Autzen

Looks like 17K for Idaho. Bill was right

Also 33K for our DAWGS and 40 for the Civil War

And Oregon always loses to Utah

    Okay 41,000, whatever

It makes all the 45% capacity gaymes even more sad!

I'm old enough to remember when dumpy Autism Stadium would draw 18,000 people. I'm old enough to remember when the capacity was 34,000.
    When was that, Bill?

They may have drawn 34,000 or less, but that was not the capacity.

It was bad enough. No need to embellish.

Autzen Stadium opened in 1967 and it’s capacity was 41,078.

Prior to the opening of Autzen, Oregon played home games at Hayward Field. The Ducks also had “home games” in Portland against Warshington.

Wild guess but Ducks probably averaged 30,000 at home in the 80’s unless Washington or Oregon State came to town.

Games against Washington in the late 80’s and 90’s drew 45,000. The Huskies traveled well.
Obviously when it was 3/4 completed.
