You are really stupid. Teachers sign contracts for 9 months of work, not 12. The money earned during those 9 months is spread over 12 so while teachers are working, they are being paid less than they…-2 · -

Teachers don't get 3 months paid vacation. They get a salary for 190 days of work and it gets divided up into 12 months. HTH-5 ·
