I sent in a work ticket back then. Since they got upset with me for being pushy during the upvote/downvote crisis, I waited 15 days to follow up with them. Finally I thought enough is enough. So I contacted them. I don't remember their exact response but it was like they hadn't seen anything wrong but were still working on it. And since I wasn't having problems and nobody had complained to me for awhile about it, I did not follow up on it again.Meek said:

So I thought the whole point of paying Vanilla like like 10x the going rate for a dedicated server was that they wouldn't get pissed off at you when you call them and politely ask that they do their job?
