So I thought the whole point of paying Vanilla like like 10x the going rate for a dedicated server was that they wouldn't get pissed off at you when you call them and politely ask that they do their job?
I don't think it's the server so much as the user interface, which fuck Vanilla and all, but it's my favorite one of any message bored I've been a part of, pay or free.
I know this isn't anything especially Insightful but IMO Vanilla's UI is Chincredible.

Any of you dumbshits using IE? I went to check it out and it happened there. Working fine for me on Chrome. Only shit lips use IE. Don't be a shit lip.
