2. While looking for the real numbers I found the source of the graph. It came from a DailyKos article, a known partisan site who spout unproven rhetoric.

3) read the heading of it. It says executive branch. No one is saying the investigation under Clinton didn't produce anything or that Clinton was clean. It just wasn't his executive branch.
4) your better argument, is to say it's lying with stats by only including executive branch.
5) I do have an appreciation for providing links to support your point. But I do chuckle when the link in your first point was just as partisan as the source in the second point that you bash for being partisan.
