My old man had a basket in the tv room that had magazines in it. There was always a Popular Mechanics or Dirt Bike magazine on top, but I knew if you dug down in there, you'd find a couple Penthouses, too. The latest copy was always in there somewhere.
I preferred Penthouse Pets to Playmates because they were more slutty. Plus Xaviera Hollander could teach a young fella what the fuck was up. -

Penthouse was the shit. Occasionally you'd get your hands on a Hustler. The latter gave you a better idea of the equipment you'd be dealing with when you finally got your first piece of ass.
I remember when I was in grade school and somebody got a tear out from somebody's dad's Hustler, which we hid in some old tree. All these little horn dogs would go look at it and we were so paranoid it was like we thought we were taking a shit in a church. The world was much more mysterious then. Internet leaves absolutely nothing to wonder about.
