The only reason macro brands dominated the beer market was because of government limitations and licenses that were a hangover from prohibition. You can actually thank Jimmy Carter for deregulation and creating the microbrew market. Weed is even easier to micro produce. It's market already embraces home and boutique brands. That said (JBS), save your pennies on speculative cannabis based stocks. There's a bubble coming and shakeout in the industry. It will look remarkably like beer/liquor companies - a limited number of macro brands and regional/craft type companies. -

There are a couple of older guys out there who never made it or failed that would be a decent options as position coaches on offense if they would be willing to take a lower job at a bigger program:bananasnblondes said:

SDSU's OC/RB/WR coach Jeff Horton, has coaching experience all across the offense and special teams, short experience in the NFL, has done a decent job at SDSU, good southern california recruiting connection.
Utah State OC Mike Sanford, former HC at WKU and OC at Notre Dame, great offense at Utah St. this year, has a reputation of being a good recruiter.
They aren't flashy, and they aren't young black or poly coaches but both have decent recruiting and coaching resumes and would basically be set it and forget it as far as assistant coaches go. -
This is Washington. Find the hottest Young recruiter and Buy him.

I can’t find the post from Reddit, but someone on the NFL sub was talking about race discrepancy among coaching hires, where right now more teams are aiming for young offensive minded coaches rather than defense. There is a higher percentage of white coaches among offensive coaches than defensive because the positions those coaches played were most often QB for the offensive side and DB for the defensive side. They had fancy numbers to back up these points, but it’s not terribly easy to find Tee Martin’s.
