We cant just take all the best local highschool coaches. That is one of UWs greatest assets. Having kids coming in as freshman already NFL ready is huge. If we poach Joey Thomas, TRACY Ford, and others it might help recruiting for the next 5 years but after that we will be missing out on local talent that never got properly trained
