Since there is no income cap on Medicare taxes I'll call it right now. Your 4% number is bullshit. I didn't miss any "big picture" Kunt. I was talking solely and specifically about income taxes and who pays them. You, Mr. Reading Comprehension Kunt misread what I said, either intentionally or on account of the fact that you're a dumbfuck and lied about what I had actually said. If anyone missed anything it was you Hondo.2001400ex said:

Since SS caps your benefits and Medicare offers the same care across the board, should people that pay more be entitled to higher SS benefits and better Medicare coverage?2001400ex said:Bob thinks social security and Medicare aren't taxes that matter anymore.
And yes I’m for a flat tax with a national sales tax.
Well people who pay more into SS do get more benefits. The amount you receive is directly related to the amount you paid in.
For flat tax, that's my point. That Bob is missing because he's not looking at the big picture and purely looking at "income tax". People scream about "top 1% pay 40% of all taxes". Well they also make 20% of the income. And pay only 4% of SS and Medicare. I can't find what that averages to, but when all are combined, they don't pay an amount of taxes that's out of whack for the income they earn. Same with lower incomes, when you factor in SS and Medicare, their tax liability based on income isn't out of whack for the amount of income they earn.

Yeah, that's a good Kunt. I should have to do the leg work to support your ignorant twat of a mouth.
I've yet to see you be right about anything Hondo. -

I'm not doing the leg work in order to support your lying twat of a mouth Hondo. There is no cap on earned income that is subject to the Medicare tax. So even if you have a million dollar a year salary all of that is subject to the 1.45% pay roll tax and if you're self-employed you pay a 2.9% Medicare tax on all of your earned income. There is also and additional .9% Medicare tax for high income earners making a self employed person earning a Million a year subject to a 3.7% Medicare tax on all earned income. There is little doubt that the top one percent of income earners pay much greater than 4% of all Medicare taxes.
But you're both a liar and dumbfuck so you claim they don't. -
Holy shit man. Use Google.

Look at Hondo dance like the fucking Kunt he is. Notice how the original claims that I was lying and making claims on account of "extreme ignorance" are no longer even mentioned. Hondo the dishonest Kunt has a new line of bullshit he'll try and get you to chase after. Hondo, who never backs up his lying twat of a mouth, now demands that I do the research to support his mouth. Like most liberals, Hondo the Kunt expect others to work for him.
I've already provided the numbers that show you're a liar Hondo. -
Social security taxes are capped at a specific income, I believe $150k, I could be wrong. If you increase the cap then the 1% would pay more, but you can't do that without increasing their distribution at retirement.2001400ex said:

My point with National Sales tax, is that everybody pays it. And if the 1% wants to buy a $300,000 Ferrari, they pay a tax on that. If you do that you can decrease the income tax to around 15-20% across the board. Also, cap tax credits to zero. No more getting back more than what you paid in. -
Cut off for 2019 is $132,900.
I could favor a national sales tax but only if they eliminated the income tax or went to a strict 15% flat tax that could only by raised by a 2/3s vote. Same with the sales tax rate. Otherwise you get the worst of both worlds.
As it is now, the bottom 50% of income earners pay little if any income taxes. They have zero incentive too keep income tax rates low because they don't pay them. Top 5% of income earners are paying nearly 50% of all the income taxes. And you don't need to be rich in order to find yourself in the top 5% of all income earners.

No you haven't provided numbers that prove I'm wrong. You also forget than many among the wealthy primarily have income through capital gains, which aren't subject to SS and Medicare. Seriously Google it.SFGbob said:Look at Hondo dance like the fucking Kunt he is.
