Serious question, is Bow Down to Washington not trademarked?

Should tell you I know this from trying to make a custom Womens final four tournament shirt on customink.com but they had been contacted by UW legal team and were unable to print shirts with these phrases on them.

I only knew it wasn't Coker because his profile picture is guitarist Tosin Abasi (and we talked about music at one point), and I highly doubt Coker listens to instrumental progressive metal.

I wanted to personally thank each and everyone of you for being amazing. This board has grown by leaps and bounds and I am really thankful for Derek for letting me have this forum and all of you for craving recruiting information as much as I do.
I am taking my shot, I want to see if I can do this for a living because it is my passion.
With the help of Dennis and Glad we are launching bowdowntowashington.com very soon, around Jan. 1.
I am so excited to do this and I feel now is the perfect time.
