PM to anyone who thinks we are losing to Utah
Give us Adams and Bryant and we beat Auburn. Give us Adams, Bryant and a healthy Gaskin and we beat Oregon. Give us Adams, Bryant and Gaskin and Haener never has to see the field against Cal. This offense is significantly better than it was during any of our losses. And that's not even counting Tryon emerging and Beaver coming back making the defense better than it's been all year.
This team we are putting on the field Friday night would not have a loss all season.
This isn't a "poor us we had injuries" poast. Every team has to deal with injuries.
This isn't a "make excuses for the coaches poast". We should have won those games anyway and the coaches are to blame.
This is simply a recognition that the team we are putting on the field right now isn't the team we put on the field for most of the season.
And it damn sure isn't losing to Utah.

It's a shit comparison though. WSU was factually better off because it snowed. You aren't actually dumb enough to argue UW is better off for not having Adams, Bryant and Gaskin in those games. -
We've beat a dead spirt horse on this Hillz but this is the year of paying for our recruiting sins. With perfect health we have a pretty solid squad but it you don't recruit well enough and don't have depth yer fucked. 2018- 19 is CFP contender level recruiting. But 2016 had to happen first for us to become credible again.
