Percy Harvin

Who?
-
has to be the plan.
Pete and co trolled the media hard.
saying and leaking to the NFL network he was about to be placed on IR.
6 hours later saying he was going to practice. -
Wouldn't be surprised if it's just gamesmanship. Give the other team something extra to have to gameplan for since Harvin theoretically adds a different dynamic.
-
I doubt Harvin would be twatting what he's tatting if that was the caseuw2010 said:Wouldn't be surprised if it's just gamesmanship. Give the other team something extra to have to gameplan for since Harvin theoretically adds a different dynamic.

You could get in trouble with the NFL if you mess with the practice report with injuries.
fucks with the gambling aspect.
player safety tho? haha -
Not gonna get excited for Harvin saying he's ready to go until he's on the field during the game. The hip problem sounds chronic (no shit).
-
Percy is damaged goods. This hip thing likely ends his career. May play 3 or 4 games as a seahawk. The Vikings so willing to let go of him was a clear sign.
-
Fuck percy harvin. He should get no rewards for this season, not even an nfc west champion hat
-
The Vikings make stupid decisions all the time. They are not a competent organization. Implying otherwise is stupid.jecornel said:Percy is damaged goods. This hip thing likely ends his career. May play 3 or 4 games as a seahawk. The Vikings so willing to let go of him was a clear sign.

if Percy Harvin helps this team win the Super Bowl his contract was worth it.
HTH -
Who gives a fuck. We all knew, at least anyone with regulatory synapse firings, knew he was being held out for the playoffs.. He's the difference between a superbowl or a loss to Frisco you stupid motherfuckers. You all sound like kim. "You need to tell the medi a everything". Fuck you all. Has cock blocker got his grip on you guys?jecornel said:

You don't know Fuck all about Harvin's injury so Fuck off and LEAVE bitch.jecornel said:Percy is damaged goods. This hip thing likely ends his career. May play 3 or 4 games as a seahawk. The Vikings so willing to let go of him was a clear sign.

haha. thanks sugar steel. The guy played 15 snaps and wasn't able to return there after. He had surgery on it, it didn't respond as planned. Him not playing almost two months after he played is telling that the hip surgery is not responding accordingly. He will likely rehash the injury by playing in a couple weeks. Hip injuries are serious in football, it impacts the entire body not just an isolated area.
If the difference between the hawks winning or getting to the SB is Percy Harvin then the hawks won't win it with him. -
The Seahawks were the favorites because of their defense. Only Carolina can beat them as every other team in the NFC has a shitty defense or in the case of SF have a QB who can't stop pissing his pants once he steps foot in Century Link.
With Harvin I don't see them losing, however I full expect Harvin at MOST playing in only one playoff game if that. -
saying a single player is the difference between a win and a loss is stupid, unless it's one of your key contributors the whole season. Wilson, and Lynch are the only two that can be included in that.puppylove_sugarsteel said:Who gives a fuck. Harvin has not played a down outside of 1 game this season. If they lose to Frisco (I'm not even sold SF makes it past GB) it will be because the team stunk, not because percy wasn't playing
-
I disagree, Carolina doesn't worry me at all. 1 legitimate WR, an inconsistent running game, and a QB that has stunk against us in 2 games. I think the hawks offense struggles but do you really see Carolina putting up more than 10 points? I don'tHe_Needs_More_Time said:The Seahawks were the favorites because of their defense. He looked pretty good a few weeks ago. I highly doubt he ruined his career by playing 2 downs. If the opposition isn't smart enough to realize Harvin was an ace in our hole and being hidden for the playoffs, it's your own fucking fault.
Two plays isn't going to ruin a career unless somethin awkward happened. Did you see Harvin fall awkwardly? I hope he's 100% because our receivers could be the worst in the NFL as is. You Fuckheads are starting to sound like kim. Teams, college or pro, need not tell Kim or any of you other fuckers about injuries. There 's ways around that.
If Pussy Harvin is legitimately hurt then so be it. Carroll need not tell u Fucks though if he can play. We are DONE without him. I've never seen a more shitty WR group In the NFL, ever. Teams will sit on our WR'S and crush skittle-boy and lazy eyes . Hope Wilson didn't get too hurt. He's faster than our WR's:) -
Us? You don't own the team, Paul Allen does.dhdawg said:

if the Hawks can score 20 points each in the two games they go to the Super Bowl
don't see anytime scoring more than 20 in the Clink against that D. -

The playoffs are a different game. 1 player can make a HUGE difference especially when our best WR is a 5-8 slot guy, with an inability to make fundamental and critical 3rd and 8 type catches.
Without Harvin the opposition's corners can play straight man and murder Wilson and Lynch. Yo u know this.. See Arizona. We need a deep threat or even someone to help intermediately. We are really hurting right now there. I'll go in with hope. I just don't know if our defense can win alone. They might have to if Harvin can't go and Kearse and Wilson can't go. It would just be nice to give RW a toy. Zip Im with you guys. Let's saddle up an go.

The Cardinals just defeated Seattle in Seattle with their QB throwing 4 picks. I can totally see Carolina winning an ugly game 13-10 with catching some breaks.dhdawg said:

Newton hasn't stunk vs the Hawks necessarily. He was just mediocre as was the Seahawks offense in both games.
The Seahawks defense is terrific so if a team upsets Seattle it's going to be a game similar to Arizona where it's an ugly game.
However, unlike most in here who think Seattle will be upset I don't think it is happening. -

I agree on Kearse. They need to get at least one of those two healthy. The offense has been greatly missing a vertical threat.puppylove_sugarsteel said:dhdawg said:

Willson could be an underrated loss. I think Bevell has vastly underutilized him -
I've got some medical insight on Harvin. Seattle docs told him he didn't need surgery and he went and got a second opinion. It seems that the surgery really didn't do anything in the big picture and the Seattle docs may have been right. I don't think its a career threatening issue though. Just something that could be taking longer to heal because it was mistreated.
The Hawk D has only given up 7 TDs in the last 7 games and 3 of those TDs came in the 4th quarter when the game was already over. The D will carry them to SB.
Carolina got blown out at NO and barely beat Atlanta (though Atlanta is playing better). There is no way they will beat the Hawks in Seattle. SF is the only team with a chance because they have the same style and have the offense but as Time said Kap isn't the QB to do it.
My concern is playing Denver in the Super Bowl and having to score 28 or 31 to win it bc Denver's offense will score enough points. -
I hate talking about SB matchup before we get there but I disagree with that. First off I think IND beats DEN in the DIV playoffs but if they do get there Peyton will not have a huge game. The antidote to stopping denver is getting physical with their WR's and throwing off timing, also they suck in pass protection. I think SEA wins 24-17 or something in that matchup. If they do make the SB I don't want to face NE. I fear no one else in the AFCHeretoBeatmyChest said:I've got some medical insight on Harvin. I fear every team left. 9-7 and 10-6 teams have won Super Bowls. The Seahawks offense can stall out at any time. We have a shitty OL. We have flaws just like everyone else.
The Carolina game scares the shit out of me. They have the next best defense after us. That game is going to be a low scoring slugfest.
We seem to have SF's number at home, but it is far from a certain win. A few years ago the Jets beat the Patriots on the road in the playoffs. They had lost 45-3 at Foxborro weeks earlier. They playoffs are tricky.
Green Bay with Rodgers is dangerous too. They are an 11 win team with Rodgers. The Seahawks are the favorite, and rightfully so, but you guys are too confident IMO.
