I'm telling you right now. If by the grace of Jack Lockner we beat BYU tomorrow, prepare for Doogs all over the place to be claiming that we should have just hired Tui as our head coach!!!11!!!!!

    Sark did leave a strong foundation. The O-line and safety depth are shit, but that's not insurmountable. The overall talent level is very high. And expectations for the CP regime should be too. From day one.

    Fuck the doogs that make excuses for whatever tomorrow ... there's only a handful of things that matter:

    1) Sark's gone ... so if we 2 hole rape the Mormons tomorrow, a lot of that has to do with the fact that that ass clown isn't fucking up the game with his "awesome" playcalling of throw, throw, throw, throw, throw, run, throw, throw, etc.

    2) We have far more talent than the results that we've been seeing

    A strong foundation? He left some talent and I won't argue that poont...but he left a fucking mess. Penalties, lack of fundamentals and discipline, soft players used to a flag football mentality.

    Oh but he did leave the legacy of the lawn mower so there is that. Christ it's gonna take Pete all spring and fall work outs to weed that shit out of the team's system. A fucking disgrace imo. I actually almost feel sorry for Trojan fans right now.

    I don't think we disagree much here. Sark's teams underachieved. The ceiling with these players should be much higher than 8 or 9 wins.

    Changing a team's mentality doesn't have to take a long time. (Wasn't this the HHB thesis of the past 5 years?) RN had faults, but he had JL's downtrodden players "buying in" in year one and winning Roses in year two. I was never a big fan of SS, but I recognize he improved the morale and effort of TW's players in his first year as well.

    If CP is the right guy, the results on the scoreboard should start getting better right away. With the (disgracefully) watered down schedule, I actually think the table is set for CP's Huskies to challenge for a Rose Bowl berth in 2014.

    I was referring more to Doogman crowd. The pro Sark crowd will go "Well Sark had the program moving in the right direction and probably would have won (insert whatever number of wins Petersen has) too if not more."

    Good point just like "nobody" ever supported the Tyrone Willingham for year four let alone even wanted him hired.

    Crazy how my memory of 2007 failed me because I don't recall 100% in favor of wanting Ty gone despite what everyone claims now.

    The good thing about if Petersen takes us to a Rose Bowl is that Sark will be failing at USC so it will be easy to have evidence to show that Sark sucks and we weren't sniffing the Rose Bowl with him. Nobody should need any more evidence than the 5-4 conference records, but Sark going 5-4 at USC will cement the argument. Even if all of this happens, there will still be a few fucktards who will give credit to Sark. I won't be surprised if Kim is one of them.

    Kim will definitely be one of those fucktards but you are correct on the USC part.

    Unlike the Rick/Lambo situation, we didn't have Lambo coaching a more prestigious school in conference at the same time.

    So you are right if Petersen is doing well, most likely Sark will be failing at USC. Kim will be the last one holdover and will be bringing up Kiffin leaving him a mess you watch.

    However, hopefully by then most Doogs will have figured out Kim is all about himself(access).

    I know some of my pro Sark doogs didn't care for Eklund's article today and are starting to finally see that I wasn't full of it on my Doogman bashing.
