  Who knew that there were public health issues behind not allowing people to live and shit and piss out in public? If only we’d had hundreds of years of human history and experience to draw upon so that we’d know that the purpose of vagrancy and public camping and public defecation laws wasn’t to oppresss the poor and underclass, but to protect the public health of everyone.
