No it doesn't. All the named witnesses said it didn't happen, and there are exactly zero witnesses that said it happened.

Nobody signed a document saying they were witness to any of the parties being present that night or any of the actions that night. All 4 witnesses Ford claimed were there that night all deny any knowledge of the party even occurring, much less anything else happening:

The only thing those "four" people say is that Ford brought it up after Kavanaugh was mentioned as a potential nominee to the SC (first by Romney in 2012 in the NYTs and now...)
