Non of these witnesses are contemporaneous. They are all from within the last several years in California, including her husband and not from 35 years ealier in Maryland when it happened. Allegedly.

Why is anyone calling any of these people "witnesses?" None of them witnessed anything.

They were told by Ford that something happened, and a couple were given the name Kavanaugh by Ford.

That's called Hearsay, folks, and its inadmissible in any court for EXACTLY the reasons we're watching play out right now.

I know what you're saying, but the irony of this judiciary confirmation hearing is that legal admissibility has nothing to do it. Kavanaugh can't be charged with any of this. And that doesn't matter. All the Dems have to do is make the allegations stick in public opinion.
