    I think there's room in the Constitution for it. But I get the federalism argument. What if we take the federal government out of it? The Democratic candidate for governor in Florida has proposed a coalition of states creating a single-payer system. What if the voters of individual states elect governors and legislators who promise to enact that sort of program?

    We've already been over this. General Welfare were things like canals, roads and ports. Not grandma's hip replacement. Paying for someone's hip replacement isn't part of any "general" welfare. You think because they used the word "welfare" they were talking about Food stamps.

    Funny enough I just realized we have a fucking night game FS Larry Scott. I have concert tickets so I will be SOL on watching the game live. I will be on social media and phone lock down until I get home and can watch Jake Browning blow our chances at a PAC12 title on a recording.
