Who cares. We need to win a Rose Bowl

Can we stop talking about the fucking playoff? We don't deserve to be in the conversation.UW_Doog_Bot said:Just heard them already making the argument for two SEC teams in the playoffs on sportscenter bc of our loss to Albarn.

I don't think we deserve in the playoff but you know there's more than 3 other power five conferences right? Nevermind any G5 members...Passion said:

It's almost as if there is only one ranked team in the PAC 12.
-
Since I have to spell it out, just curious which other conference you guys are already eliminating to make room for 2 SEC teams? ACC, Big 10, or Big 12?oregonblitzkrieg said:It's almost as if there is only one ranked team in the PAC 12.
I'm not having some doog moment about how if UW wins the PAC they should get in... -
ACC is trash if Clemson doesnt win every game 50-0 they are out
-
Looooooong way to go....
Clumpson, Bama should be there borrowing monumental meltdowns and injuries. The rest is up for grabs. -
We are behind Stanf in the polls. Who gives a fuck?
The fourth best SEC team just beat the shit out of the (second) best P12 team.
Who cares?
We are a loser program. We fucking suck. -
The SEC went 13-1 with wins against the alleged best P12 team and alleged 2nd best ACC team. The PAC 12 won’t do that the rest of the year.
-
Why anyone is surprised when ESPN backs the conference that pays the bills astounds me.
Dumbest thing Larry ever did was alienate all the networks. So it's just a shit on the pac free for all. -
I thought it was because our conference fucking sucks at football but thanks for the enlightenment.Pitchfork51 said:Why anyone is surprised when ESPN backs the conference that pays the bills astounds me.

A lotta $$$ flows through the SE in college football so may be true. Money talks.
Football dominance helps as well.
Now get on that train and and turn the Tide.

It doesn't fucking help. But say 5 years ago we still got shat on when we were the clear no 2AtomicDawg said:

Fuck Herbstreit.
He was a lot more tolerable when he and Fowler were banging sorority chicks every Friday night. -
Boy he fucks up a lot to think he knows college football. Just like this past weekend, pretty sure he picked Miami and Tennessee. Pretty much a staple.PurpleThrobber said:Fuck Herbstreit.

Or ever. Look at what the MWC does during the regular season and compare it to the Pac-12. I'm guessing most years it is basically the same.salemcoog said:The SEC went 13-1 with wins against the alleged best P12 team and alleged 2nd best ACC team. The PAC 12 won’t do that the rest of the year.

If only I had posted this Sunday on the College Bored
Wait I did
The narrative is set by what happens on the field. If the Pac 12 North had beat three power 5 teams in national broadcasts we'd be popping our collars and swinging our dicks
The SEC bias is that they fucking win when it counts most of the time -
Link not necessary. UW had to win, didnt. Expect 2 sec teams until we reach a 6 or 8-team playoffUW_Doog_Bot said:Just heard them already making the argument for two SEC teams in the playoffs on sportscenter bc of our loss to Albarn.

Wait a sec, Bowling Green isn't a power 5 team?RaceBannon said:If only I had posted this Sunday on the College Bored

Also did one with Georgia a few years back.
You maroon.
Maybe when you stop scheduling like Boise State you'll stop playing like Boise State. -
Sounds like your jealous the SEC doesn't like to play big preseason games against shitty obscure teams.Pitchfork51 said:

If it wasn’t for UCLA, SC and Stanford winning the Capital One cups every year, PAC 12 is the mtn west.Mosster47 said:

False narrative. Auburn alone has home/home series coming up with Penn State, Cal, Baylor, and UCLA and just finished one with Clemson last year.puppylove_sugarsteel said:

LSU recently played Wisconsin at Lambeau and has home/homes with Texas, UCLA, Oklahoma, Clemson, and Arizona State over the next decade. Arkansas is at Colorado State and Mississippi State is at Kansas State this week. Ole Miss went to Cal last year. UGA is has the back end of a home/home with Notre Dame next year and has a future home/home with UCLA.
SEC will absolutely travel. But $4.5M to play 90 minutes from campus (like AU did last week) is hard to turn down sometimes. -
That trip to S. Carolina is a doozy.AU2xguy said:
