I think most here would have guessed that Roberts and Bain were our backups before it was announced that Hilbers had the job. Maybe they actually suck, but as far as 3rd and 4th string left tackles go, I think we're doing well with what we have.WeakarmCobra said:

Sucks to lose a big man, hope he bounces back, whether it is for Washington next season or in the NFL. Never like to see a kid get hurt ... that being said if a few of your guys has ouchies or bruises to hold them out this Saturday, I'd probably be ok with it.

Not actually that big of a deal with how well Hilbers played, I hate to say that as a big fan of Trey.
Hopefully he can get healthy, then Hilbers can slide to RT next year when McGary gets drafted.

Like Pup's call on John Ross 4 years ago, that he would come back and make UW a contender after a RS year (UW went to playoff) Adam's is the same deal. BTW, pup the only to call Ross, UW in'15. A few here remember
Huff will roll Hilbers over to man Big Country's vacated spot in '19, AA Adam's will man LT, All Pac 12 Nick Harris at center...UW will be fucking lethal again in '19 with Eason or Haener at QB, a great defense and great special teams.
UW is here to stay as an elite program. Too bad only Pup, steel2, yobates and billy saw it 4-5 years ago, and stood by it. The 4 horsemen, the original 4, Oceans 4 the 4 amigos, Quatro Caballo's, 4 on the floor..the only 4... -
