Who are we all kidding. Even if they decided to spend the 92M on the "troops," it would all go to some bullshit Blue Ribbon Panel chaired by some idiot who would spend all 92M and two years coming up with ways to do nothing. They might make a few posters about PTSD though. So that would be nice.
