My distant cousin played OL for the Lutes, so did my other distant cousin's husband.
But Linfield always kicked their ass in those days.
Lance Lopes who was an associate AD here at UW was a Linfield guy, so was his brother Steve, who is now an associate AD at USC (in fact, Steve, helped get Sark fired). They both played on Linfield's 1982 National Championship team.
The above, is all I know about the Lutes.
