    Walkaway is a reality. It happened once before in large numbers. Not saying it will happen to the same degree again, it might, it might not, we'll see.

    @dnc

    My support for Trump was based on
    1. Fuck Hillary
    2. Hillary being elected locked in 8 years of a president I didn’t want. Trump gave an out after 4 years.
    3. A lot of people I liked and respected supported Trump so I was willing to give it a chance.

    ...

    Listen I’m a liberal. I’m a progressive. I know what people like me sound like. I know when it can be annoying. I know when it can turn people off. I know this because I literally turn it off and on daily. Sometimes I genuinely try and get through to @oregonblitzkrieg and other times he pisses me off and I say shit that I know will piss him off. I understand myself and my side really well. And I know what a shitty impression of me looks like. Walk away is a shitty impression.

    I respect @allpurpleallgold he's an asset to whatever cause he takes up because he's an independent thinker, goes against the grain when he thinks it's right to do so, and isn't intimidated by a little hard hitting verbal jousting back and forth. He's an upper tier Tug opponent. It's good to find common ground whenever possible, and I think we have on a few issues. I think there will probably be more.

    That being said, I've been researching the DSA, reading DSA philosophies and getting my reads down, so I can address and expose aspects of that movement I believe to be unconstitutional and authoritarian. Things could get ugly quickly if DSA supporters don't come prepared to defend their positions. It's just bidness to me, nothing personal. My beef is with the higher ups in the socialist movement, not with anyone here.

    He's right, you know.

    No liberal would ever want to distance themselves from the magic of the DNC.

    Sincerely, OP who voted for Trump.
    I didn’t vote for Trump.

    I distanced myself from the corporate wing of the DNC. Walk away is about completely changing your political ideology because of some YouTube video claiming the media lies about Trump. Some of you need to learn the difference.
    I'm enjoying watching the Dems shvitzing over #walkaway as much as I enjoyed their kvetching over Trump's election.
