Dude Gaskin's been a baller since day one. I don't credit Lake's coaching for Sidney Jones being a beast since he balled out from day one and I don't credit KB for Gaskin. RB is the one position where talent is literally everything. Like Dennis said, all you have to coach is blocking and protecting the football. Running is all instinct and athleticism. There's not much to coach there. If you're a RB coach and can't recruit, you need to fucking go.
