Anyway, a couple weeks later apparently he was riding in a car with a friend and they got into an accident and Fotu died in the crash - HOWEVER the friend told the cops he was alone and tried to hide Fotu's body.

If he went through the windshield it would be easy to tell. If he was mortally wounded inside the car then drug off it would be easy to tell. Were the cops on scene drunk as well?
